To produce a final account measure Cubic Engineering Services would typically incorporate the following:

a) OGL survey information
b) Finished design information
c) Design changes implemented through out the contract
d) Construction make up details
e) Site surveys for such items as topsoil strip, soft spots, contaminants, material type layer surveys etc

Throughout the production of the account, we will involve key personnel, so that there is an understanding of the measure and resultant volumes at a site level. To aid agreement, a measure document is produced to fully substantiate the quantities to the clients / subcontractors.

Should there be a requirement, Cubic staff are available to attend meetings to explain the quantities in detail and facilitate agreement.
